if the goal is to rock out dance floors,
- alot more compression on the whole thing to increase the perception of loudness
- more distortion on the synth (I don't think it's too loud - it just sounds a little frail for its current loudness)
- how about holding the high note in the lead voice at 1:42 across the rest of the crescendo, breaking back in with a strong beat at 2:05? (you could bitcrush it after that point and it might sound cool.
- speaking of crescendo, seems like you've got the beginnings of one culminating at 2:05 but it just sulks away after that. kind of a let down.
- the synth's pitch is somewhere in between a bass and lead synth, but i think you need a proper deep bassline

cool start. i really like the glitchy vocal sample and the meshed harmonies, just needs more balls to rock a dance floor.
