Beatport is hosting another remix contest, this time for Carl Cox’s classic “I Want You (Forever)”. Its an early 90s house track -and I’ve secretly been pulling for an early 90s house revival- so I’m all for getting this back onto the dance floors. There’s enough rave in the original for this track to make the transition back to the new skool massive. They’re looking for 4 flavours in the remix: a house version, a techno version, an electro one and a tech house remix. I’m obviously gonna give the electro flavoured one a try, but I’m sure each version would rock.
